Running the Timberline Trail Around Mt. Hood
This past summer my buddy Nick and I took on the 41-mile Timberline Trail circumnavigating Mt. Hood. It was much more rustic than I expected. Unlike the pristine Wonderland looping Rainier, the Timberline is faint at points as it crosses glacial run-off streams. By the time we got back to our car we were both pretty worked.
